The twelve weeks
Four phases, one outcome.
No curriculum, no mandatory workshops, no demo day theatre. The programme bends around your company rather than the other way round.
-
Weeks 1–3
Sharpen
Strip the idea to its load-bearing insight. Customer conversations every week, and a written thesis you would defend in front of a sceptical buyer.
-
Weeks 4–7
Build
Ship something real to real users. Weekly working sessions with an operator who has built the same primitive at scale.
-
Weeks 8–10
Sell
First contracts, first pricing, first no’s. We open doors and sit in the room until you no longer need us there.
-
Weeks 11–12
Raise
Narrative, materials and warm introductions to twenty funds chosen for your specific company — not a demo day stage.
Who it is for
Twelve companies we can genuinely help.
We accept roughly 1% of applications. There is no advantage in applying more than once per cohort, and no disadvantage in applying again next time.
- One to three founders, at least one technical
- Pre-seed: no institutional round raised yet
- Working on something inside our seven focus areas
- Able to be in New York or San Francisco for six of the twelve weeks
- Willing to be told directly when something is not working
What you get
Beyond the capital.
-
Talent & hiring
Direct sourcing for the first fifteen hires, compensation benchmarks, and honest reference calls on every executive candidate.
-
Go-to-market
Warm paths into 400+ enterprise buyers across our network, plus pricing and packaging work before your first serious contract.
-
Next round
Narrative, materials and a curated list of the right leads — introduced eight to ten weeks before you need the capital.
-
Founder support
A confidential peer group of forty founders, and a partner who takes the difficult call on a Sunday without a calendar invite.
Mentors & operators
The people you actually get time with.
Sixty operators are on call across the network. These six anchor every cohort — two sessions each, scheduled around your build, never a panel.

Mentors are unpaid and hold no equity in cohort companies. We think advice you can ignore without cost is the only advice worth hearing.
Applications are open.
The Spring 2027 cohort closes 14 November 2026. Applications take about twenty minutes and are read by a partner.
