Most supply chain emissions data is modelled, not measured — which is to say most of it is an assumption wearing a number’s clothing. Arbor instruments the source.
We funded the company at incorporation, on a thesis we had been writing about publicly for two years and a founder we had tracked for three. This is the shape most of our pre-seed investments take: the conviction is built long before the round exists.
The company is early, small, and pointed at one of the largest measurement problems in industry.
